When I was working, I always wanted to go to a regular yoga class. As a Banquets Captain, I spent a lot of time moving furniture but rarely stretched enough. My erratic hours made it hard for me to commit to a class at the same time every week. One of the best parts about not working this year has been going to yoga here at @yewtreeyoga and @gyrobeachboards regularly! Plus going to this class in the mornings keeps me on a routine.
